2022 Pickleball University Participation Study Results
The wait is over! Here at PBU we conducted a huge survey, thanks to you all, to learn more about the pickleball community. We received over 3,000 responses and are very thankful for everyone’s participation! Without it, we wouldn’t have been able to obtain the latest and greatest data on the pickleball community as it stands right now.
We’re here today to give you all a sneak peek into some of the data we collected! Below you can catch a glimpse into the revelations of the survey with the one page infographic. Now, here are a few interesting facts we learned from the survey.
Pickleball is becoming more popular with the younger generations, but 42% of players are over the age of 65.
60% of the participants said that they learned about this sport through friends and family, let’s keep this going because pickleball is a great way to get people together!
80% of participants say that they play multiple times a week! The people are obsessed.
